There is something so special about visiting ‘real’ authentic places as opposed to more traditionally visited places. Obviously, there are fewer crowds which is always nice; but that is only part of it.
You likely won’t find English spoken everywhere, which by the way, is much more authentic, isnt’ it? You may have to work a little harder to communicate, but it’s definitely more interesting; and makes for some great laughs! Don’t worry, everyone we came into contact with were so helpful and kind to us. They went out of their way to understand us and help us. I adore the French!
I am just going to leave it at that and let my photos speak volumes. Introducing a beautiful little city, Salon de Provence (yes, it’s in Provence), which is centered in the middle of these famous cities, Arles, Avignon and Aix.
